Possesses 30+ years of experience in the business of real estate development, marketing and financing. He has been associated with the company since 2003 and is currently the CEO. By leveraging the values of ‘learning, caring and delivering’ and business acumen, he plays a pivotal role in strategy formulation, operations, marketing, financial management and enterprise development. Prior to joining Adhiraj Constructions, he was with Hiranandani. He possesses a Master’s degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute.

He has more than 30 years of Civil Engineering experience in the field of Real Estate and Infrastructure – both from the Government Sector as well as the Private Sector. He has managed vast infrastructure projects right at the start of his career and was part of the team (IRCON-CIDCO) credited for bringing Railways to Navi Mumbai. Subsequently he worked at prestigious government organization-BARC and handled various projects of national importance, end to end. Before joining Adhiraj, he has served in leadership positions at top real estate brands in India, namely HIRCO (Hiranandani group), Bombay Realty (Bombay Dyeing Group), Puravankara (Bangalore) and the Wadhwa Group.

Possesses 25+ years of experience in finance, accounts and taxation across the automobile, metal and real estate sectors. He has a CA degree from ICAI and an MBA degree from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. Prior to joining the Company, he worked with Runwal Group, Phoenix Mills Limited, Balkrishna Industries Limited and Vedanta Group (Sterlite).

Possesses 26 years of experience in procurement, materials planning, implementation of procurement policies, supply sourcing, negotiations, and supply scheduling, materials management in infrastructure, shipping and FMCG sectors, among others. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Mumbai University and an MBA in Purchase Management from the Indian Institute of Materials Management.

An MBA graduate with more than 14 years of diversified industry experience. He brings along with him business acumen and expertise in strategizing and improving revenues, client handling, customer retention, team building and setting up systems. His focused approach has inspired him to garner accolades like “Best Team Leader Award” or “Star Performer”. He achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification and completed 41 modules of Harvard Business Mentor. He has worked with numerous well-known organizations such as Omkar Realtors & Developers, Pranav Construction System Pvt. Ltd, Shrenuj & Company Ltd. and Go Airways Pvt. Ltd. among others.

He has nearly 23 years of enriched experience in the areas of Architectural Design & Development, People Management, Interior Designing & Execution, besides others. His record of leadership in the Construction design has resulted in measurable benefits to some of the well-known Real estate companies like Dheeraj Realty, Tata Housing Dev. Co., and K Raheja Universal P. Ltd. He has Effectively planned, designed & furnished interiors of residential and commercial spaces using technologies like Mivan and Aluminum Formwork, and using digital technologies for marketing collateral Recognized for developing and implementing creative design strategies.
